Getting started with Contractor Money is simple. Download the app or visit our website, create an account with your email and password, and you'll get a free 14-day trial with full access to all features. During onboarding, you'll set up your business profile—company name, contact info, address, and hourly rate. From there you can start creating estimates, scheduling jobs, sending invoices, and managing customers right away. We'll even set up example data so you can see how everything works.
Contractor Money is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) through the App Store, and as a web app at trades.c-money.app that works on any device with a browser—including Android, desktop, and tablets.
Tap the feedback button in the app (available from the bottom of the screen) and select "Bug" as the type. Describe what happened, what you expected, and any steps to reproduce it. You can optionally include your email so we can follow up. You can also email us directly at support@c-money.app.
Go to Settings in the app, then tap "Manage Subscription" under the billing section. From there you can cancel your subscription. You'll keep full access through the end of your current billing period. If you're still on your free trial, no payment will be charged.
Go to Settings, scroll to "Legal & Account," and look for the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data including customers, estimates, jobs, and invoices. This action cannot be undone. You can also submit a deletion request on this page.
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and stored in a secure, hosted PostgreSQL database. We use industry-standard authentication (bcrypt password hashing, JWT sessions) and never share your data with third parties. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe—we never store your credit card details directly.
